Hi ProductHunt community! I've personally sunk too many days in my life piecing together clues from multiple tools (Sentry, CloudWatch, LogRocket, etc.) trying desperately to understand why a customer was running into an obscure bug. It's something that should be easy and seamless - to go from a customer bug report to the exact error that went wrong, along with the exact session replay of how they triggered the error in the first place. That's why we built HyperDX - giving engineers the data they need to pinpoint exactly what went wrong and why, faster than ever before. You can quickly jump from an Intercom conversation, to the session replay, and then to the backend API logs and traces in just a few clicks. And it's all unified automatically - so you don't need to manually stitch together the context of what happened in your brain while sifting through several different tools. Traditional tooling is either insanely expensive (ex. Coinbase's $65m bill with Datadog 👀) or siloed to only one purpose (ex. only backend logs). We're bringing together the best of both worlds - where you can monitor and correlate everything from your web or React Native app, to your backend API server and async workers, at a price that is 10x lower than Datadog's. Getting started is incredibly simple - with OpenTelemetry based SDKs that just take a few minutes to get started (or integration with platforms like Vercel and Fly.io). You can try it out with no limits for 14 days, and afterwards continue on with our forever free tier. Would love to hear everyone's feedback! (And your favorite prod debugging horror stories 👻) - if you want to talk shop, hit me up as well at mike@hyperdx.io 📬

Happy user here! Incredibly easy to use tool. Exactly what you need when you want to focus on Production problems instead of fighting against getting the right information out. Go HyperDX!!!

Congratulations on the launch of HyperDX! Impressive how it unifies data for faster debugging. Curious, does it support mobile app monitoring too?
Mike Shi
@nirnimes Thank you! We do support React Native if you want to check out our docs on that :) https://www.hyperdx.io/docs/inst...

@mho22 Ah the curse of trying to piece together the whole workflow! Let me know where you think we can be more clear/concise in explaining what we do :)

great launch! indeed hyperDX for any devs. Definitely will try this out

We were using the ELK stack for some of these features as we didn't want to pay Datadog, but ELK was never meant to do this. Looking forward to trying this out! Congrats

@andres_paez Thanks Andres! 🙏 Can't wait to hear what you think 😄

Looks great guys - congrats on the launch! Love the cost comparisons to Datadog, but doubly love the tight integration between session replay, logging, and tracing. Love how much progress you've made in such a short period of time!

Congratulations on the launch! This is a great team so the quality level is super promising. Can't wait to try it out. We went full open source for our monitoring but there is stuff that is really non-trivial to do
