
What's one thing you wish you had focused on differently during your first launch, marketing-wise?

I'm curious to hear your thoughts - we all have things we noticed we could have done differently after our first launch that could have helped us make it better.
In my case, I should have focused more on our email subscribers - finding better ways to activate them, experimenting more. I noticed after that the main focus of our emails was solely promotional, and with a large user base for a pre-launch startup, there were better ways to play with that channel to ensure a higher return from it.
