Kelly Blue Book for second hand electronics

I was recently trying to buy a new phone on eBay and I was trying to figure out what was a good price to place a bid at. I thought about it and what if there was a kelly blue book type website but for electronics on the second hand market. iPads / Laptops/ GPUs etc. It would aggregate prices from various sites and track the average. Does anyone think this is a useful site or does something like this exist already that I’m not aware of? Thanks, GP

I think there are deal tracking websites for multiple things that are not electronics. What does limiting the scope for only electronics bring that's new to the table? Seems more like a downgrade with lower functionality.

@richard_gao2 good point, that is just the product category where I do the most price shopping. I agree there are a lot of deal / sale aggregators, but all of those focus on large retail sites like Amazon, Bestbuy, Target etc. My focus would be on the second hand market. (eBay/Facebook marketplace) And I agree this could be go beyond electronics. That’s just my area of specialty, Thanks for the feedback!!!!
