If you use e-signatures, what’s the ONE thing you wish was easier in 2025?
For many of us, signing a document online should be simple, but let’s be honest, it’s not always smooth.
As a user, here’s the problem I kept running into:
I receive a document.
I have questions about it (terms, clauses, unclear wording).
But the e-sign tool doesn’t help me understand anything.
So I pause the process, ask someone, or worse—delay signing.
Sometimes, I just wanted to ask:
“Who is the owner of this agreement?”
“What are the taxes and amendments?”
“Where do I sign as a witness?”
“What does this section even mean?”
And no, hunting down answers on Google wasn’t ideal.
That’s why we created PlusDocSign a smart e-signature tool with “Chat with your document” extra feature built-in.
You upload a document → Ask questions like you're chatting → Get answers instantly
→ No confusion
→ No delay
→ No legal mishaps
It’s like having a mini assistant inside your signing tool.
We built an e-signature tool and realized… most people still struggle with the basics. We're curious what’s your experience been like? Drop your honest thoughts below

A law firm recently sent me a document to e-sign, and I was able to sign under other people's names... just having an actual working e-sign product is honestly all I need.
Not the huge bloatware of something like DocuSign, but also it needs to work. We offer a dead-simple, legally-compliant e-signing tool at AllForms.
@frederikb I totally understand being able to sign under someone else’s name is a serious red flag. That’s not just inconvenient, it's a big trust issue. I’d really recommend trying out PlusDocSign it’s a super simple, legally-compliant e-signature tool without the heavy clutter.
I have been using it since for a long time. I just follow some simple steps and my word is done.
If you’re open to it, we can set up a quick call and walk you through how it works. You’ll see how easy and secure it can be to manage signatures the right way.
