How many analytics tools is too many? (Asking for a friend... okay, it's me)

Fellow makers, I need some real talk here.

Anyone else feel like they're spending more time switching between tons of tools than actually building?

I'm launching something on June 27th that combines all of this into one platform (Crowd), but genuinely curious - what's your analytics stack looking like these days?

Are we all just collectively accepting that customer intelligence requires 5+ subscriptions, or is there a better way?

Would love to hear how other teams are handling this. Bonus points if you've found a way to actually connect the dots between all your tools without losing your sanity.

What's your current setup? And more importantly, are you happy with it?

Only a horrible one like dynatrace is enough for me, which is a helicopter all in one software that nobody know how to use it properly 😂 Firebase analytics is the only one I need
