How do you manage the chaos as a founder?

Hey everyone,

I find myself bouncing between CRM's, data room solutions, fundraising trackers, project boards, product versions high level dashboards, and more...

My question is, how do you keep track of everything? is there a platform for first timers, or anyone really starting a venture? sort of a home for founders, where those features are in a single place, and no need to break the wallet for each one of them separately.

Curious to hear what you guys think? does this exist? Would this even be useful? or am I the only one struggling with this?

@nimk7 I totally hear you, managing all those platforms at once can feel like a full-time job itself. A lot of founders I’ve worked with felt the same at first. I help simplify that chaos as a Virtual Assistant by organizing tools, handling follow-ups, and making sure nothing falls through. If you ever want support staying on track without adding more to your plate, I’d be happy to chat.

@nimk7 You’re not alone! Many founders feel overwhelmed by using too many separate tools. Personally, I use Notion as my main hub, I keep everything there: fundraising trackers, project plans, meeting notes, and more.

If you need better team collaboration and integrations, ClickUp or Trello + Google Drive can also work well.

And yes, I totally agree, an all in one platform for early stage founders with built in features and an affordable price would be super helpful. Your idea definitely makes sense!

You're definitely not alone! Founders juggle a lot of tools early on. Doing a proper CRM solutions comparison can help narrow down platforms that also include fundraising and project tracking features — a few all-in-one options do exist, but it takes digging to find the right fit.
