How different is your product now compared to when you first launched beta or v1.0?

I’m currently in beta with my product, and it’s already evolving faster than I expected, already so many UI changes to features we thought were essential but ended up removing or altering them.

I'd love to know, for those of you who’ve already launched your v1.0 or beyond...

How different is your product now compared to that early version?

• What ended up being completely reworked or removed?

• Any decisions you’re especially glad (or regretful) about from those early days?

• How do you decide what features to keep, improve, or remove completely?
