Have you bootstrapped any projects?

Just a couple days ago I shared with you that I like bootstrapping my projects. In some way this makes me feel independent and motivated to achieve whatever I set as a professional goal. I wanted to ask you guys your thoughts on this, since I also know that bootstrapping can come with its downsides.
What's your take on this?

yes, a few projects.
I started by building http://techmap.app/ which has become the #1 course for technical recruiters to understand tech
I'm now building https://hitom.ai/ the first voice-only AI personal assistant for emails, particularly helpful for busy execs but not just. It turns out Tom would be insanely valuable for visually impaired and blind people, or people with mobility disabilities, or even neurodivergent like ADHD and dyslexic.
My ex co-founder is also bootstrapping https://simstack.io/ - the flight simulator for software engineers. I'm helping him out as much as possible too 💪
