Exploring a lightweight alternative to Canny for SaaS feedback would you use it?

I’ve been running into the same headache over and over again as a founder:

User feedback is scattered everywhere. Some comes in via email, some in Slack or Discord, and sometimes even random DMs or tweets. Tools like Canny or UserVoice are great, but for small SaaS or indie projects they feel heavy and pricey.

I’m exploring the idea of something lighter and faster to set up:

– A single feedback link or widget inside your app

– Auto-tagging into Bug / Feature / Other

– AI summaries to highlight patterns (instead of reading walls of text)

– Optional roadmap view that auto-notifies users when their request ships

My question: would this actually solve a real pain point for you, or is the “messy manual” approach good enough?
