In the early days - founders have to wear multiple hats and it's difficult to cope up with development, marketing, sales, feedback, customer support. Sometimes, I just sit and look at the blank screen for 30 minutes.
It's recently that I've started exercising and talking morning walks. Your body is a soft, moist robot. It needs an overhaul - with quality food, sleep and exercise. Everything else comes later.
I remember how my biggest struggle was "How to start" – not enough courage to take the first step because of "what others may think about me". I think that in general, in Slavic countries (especially in the post-communist era we are less entrepreneurial. So this feeling of hopelessness brought me down.
It's a bit tricky one. Not everyone does it for passion or in an area he/she is very passionate about. Those who do, don't struggle as much as passion is the biggest tonic -- every problem gives you a kick instead of slowing you down. So, pivot into such an area early enough.
Also, don't leave out workouts or whatever physical activity you like! You will always more than make up for that time.
