In some situations, the pros and cons table on https://weje.io/ online whiteboard works well for me! :) I also use mind maps for serious information systematization to make it easier to analyse.

I do use data but not in a super intense way. I just keep track of user feedback and churn inside Notion and use that to make decisions. Site analytics are also useful.
