I've been looking for a CRM tool but most of them are too expensive or overbuilt for what I need. I just signed up but frankly I'm entirely confused what this does and too lazy to invest time to educate myself. :)

@rrhoover I use it to automatically update my GMail contacts from their email signatures. Particularly useful for mobile phone number updates.
