So based on my understanding this app will somehow track who the person visiting your website is and then it will give you their email address so you can follow up with them? If so that is amazing and I'd like to try it. I was considering creating a chatbot and have it immediately start a conversation with whoever visits my website so I can talk with them directly to see what objections they might have and how I can try to close sales instantly through the web.

@kristelcuenta we do a ton of things to safeguard customer data including encrypting your contact lists and have various Software as a Service industry safety certifications, such as App Defense Alliance CASA Tier 2 Certification. Additionally, every time we do an integration with a large integration partner, such as Google OAUTH or iOS App Listing or Zapier or Sendgrid -- as well as every major customer brand we work with - they all do their own security audit of our product to ensure the data says safe and private! Rest assured we value your data safety and privacy as a top concern!

How quick can we get customers.ai up and running?

@inha installation of our Website Visitor Identity Pixel can take as little as 90 seconds. We have integrations with WordPress, Google Tag Manager, Shopify (etc.) to simplify loading the tag into your web property with just a few clicks. Alternatively, you could copy and paste, or send the pixel code to a developer on your team to implement - they'll know how to do it! Once you're hooked up and receiving website visitor data -- the rest of the setup is more about what you want to do with the data. For example, if you want to email them back - you'd need to configure your email sending infrastructure (Google Workspaces or SendGrid or Microsoft 360, etc.) and create an email automation, much like what you would do with activecampaign or klaviyo. Alternatively, if you wanted to send the data to one or more ad servers, you'd integrate with say, Meta/Facebook/Instagram and configure the audience synchronization! In general we know it is super easy and intuitive to get this done!!

@vijayatech_labs never heard of them before. being a product company founder, don't like to say anything negative about any other product. that said, i did take a quick look right now and believe that our data is significantly more comprehensive (they don't appear to have consumer data). our integrations are more plentiful. our email automation builder tools are more robust. our notifications (alerts) for when people get to the bottom of the funnel are more robust. they don't appear to have any dynamic generative AI capabilities on their email tool, they don't appear to have robust email delivery tools, no integrations with ad platforms, etc.
