Hey Ryan, thanks! We actually never did an accelerator. We didn't get in to YC, and the timing never worked out for Techstars. But as a treat for you guys, here's our video from our rejected YC application :)
Maybe it's a "what not to do" more than anything :)

Great software! We use it at https://justaskusers.com to send the minimum number of emails necessary at just the right time in our user's workflow!

I'm surprised Customer.io hasn't been shared yet. Great product. We use a similar product, Intercom.io (http://intercom.io), at Product Hunt.

Ahh, my bad. Sorry I was getting mixed up with another conversion. /embarrassing Thanks for sharing the video. I remember filling out the YC application for a project ~3 years ago. Despite the rejection (which honestly, was a good thing), we learned a ton going through the process.

We use Customer.io at Optery and love it. Powerful developer friendly features, but also simple enough for non-technical users to utilize. The user segmentation and event history are very useful. Documentation and support are also great, highly recommended.
