Surprised this wasn't posted already. I've heard several good things. They just soft launched in SF.

LOL, whoops! I quickly threw up the link in a flurry this morning. Embarrassing. :)

Hey guys, we just launched Cover in San Francisco. If you sign up and enter the code "ProductHunt" you'll get $10 credit towards your first meal. Thanks everyone! http://techcrunch.com/2014/05/21...

From what I can tell, there are lots of people in this space—even walking into bars around Kansas City and many (most?) have a mobile app pay solution. I'm curious how Cover (or any of these teams) are working to get past my laziness: I don't want to setup a paying account in a new app when I go out to eat, I want to use one I already have or just pay with a card.

Stoked for this to be in SF. I hate waiting for the check. Good stuff @AndyTheGiant

@kam_bain Head on over to Alta to try it out and would love to hear your thoughts. ar@paywithcover.com

@AndyTheGiant Promo code for early adopter? I'll check it and promote it if it's awesome. Which I'm sure it will be.

This is a really well-designed app especially on Android. The problem is getting enough restaurants on board (and trained) to make it ubiquitous.

Just announced: Cover is Joining Twitter Interesting acquisition.

@rrhoover, I think that's a different acquisition :) Same name, but http://www.paywithcover.com/ is focused on payments.

@rrhoover, I'm guessing you're not the only one - https://twitter.com/coverpay/sta.... :)
