Our workflow engine baked into Commerce Copilot allows you to connect multiple apps at once. You can further integrate Copilot events & operations to your external tools, say, Klaviyo or any other worfklow engine (if you want).
So, to answer your question straight: yes, you can follow up or pass data back to the Copilot for personalisation.
Here’s how it'd work:
When a shopper interacts with the Copilot (e.g., browses a category, abandons a cart, requests a return), it can capture key intent signals or actions.
These can then be sent to Klaviyo as custom events or profile updates via webhook/API.
You can use these signals to trigger flows like cart recovery, product recommendations, post-purchase education, or reactivation campaigns — all tailored to that user’s journey inside chat.

Looks amazing team, Curious: how does Commerce Copilot personalize product recommendations in real-time, is it rule-based, or does it learn from user behavior across sessions? Also, how well does it handle multilingual support across regional dialects?

The product recommendation happens in real-time and it is not a rule-based flow.
Instead, you can create AI-tool-calls to search for product recommendations. Simply put — AI understands your products and SKUs and based on user's search query, it runs its own search and provide the user with the most useful product from your catalogue.
Eg: if you search for "Hey, I am going out for a birthday. Thinking of wearing green jackets. Any reccos?". Then the Commerce Copilot connected to your website will:
Understand if the person is logged in or not
Will address the person with their first name if they are logged in
Will find the most relevant Green Jackets that are suitable for birthdays. It can also add gender-filter and age-bracket-filter if your brand provides it.
PS: the chat remembers your previous searches so if you ask the Commerce Copilot for further recommendations to pair for bottoms — it will provide contextual results to that as well.

Re: the multilingual support across regional dialects:
Commerce Copilot currently serves more than 50+ languages in chat and about 15+ in voice (with different voice models & pronunciations)

Mostly, whenever there is a complicated task at hand which required human-in-the-loop — those can be handed over.
We have a built-in trigger for Commerce Copilot to either request for Human Agent if it isn't able to answer in 2-3 attempts (rare) or the brand can also specify for which kind of queries they'd like to handoff from AI → Human.
For eg: if all return tickets need a human touch, brand X can specify it in the trigger space. For another brand Y, it may be for size related queries or cancelling an already shipped product. YOU can customise it to your needs.

It would take any where between 5-30 mins to get your Commerce Copilot up on your website. Here's how:
Access your dashboard
Give your Commerce Copilot a persona & connect any existing policy docs, website URL, FAQs, etc.
Head over to 'Deploy' → Copy the Widget Code → Add it under <head> tag on your Shopify website (through the dashboard). This hardly takes 5 mins.
For more; you can go to 'Workflows' → Connect your Shopify account
Edit what you need: tracking order, searching products, listing products in card formats, and more.
Publish the workflow. This may take additional 15-20 mins depending upon complexity you'd require.
And you're all set!
