Cognigauge is the universal dashboard for your brain.
Cognigauge is a website that allows anyone to understand and monitor their cognitive health through daily, gamified cognitive tests and analysis of passive behavioral signals like typing, mouse patterns, voice, behavior, & more - all scientifically validated as accurate indicators of cognitive function. Users get a dynamic "Brain Score" and AI-driven domain specific insights across memory, attention, processing speed, & more to track and improve their brain performance over time.
You can also ask our AI chatbot incorporated into your dashboard any question about your brain or give it info, for more insight on how to optimize your health and life. Most people don't realize their cognitive health is declining until it's too late. Cognigauge allows them to detect decline early, optimize performance, and more - whether they're burnt out, worried about dementia, or just curious about their brain.

This is an interesting idea, I’m wondering how it’s different from competitors with similar ideas or goals?🤔🧐
@yuvan_alluri Great question! Unlike most tools, Cognigauge combines validated clinical tests, passive biometrics, and an AI-driven Brain Score—all in one unified, real-time platform. We're building the operating system for cognitive health, not just another "brain game" app like Elevate or Luminosity. 🧠⚙️
@yuvan_alluri, if you don't mind me asking, which competitors do you have in mind? I am thinking to compare too.

Gamified cognitive tracking with actionable insights sounds like a great way to stay sharp and self-aware. Excited to see how people use this! Congrats on the launch 🚀
@naderikladious Thank you so much, that truly means a lot! We would love to have you on the waitlist and help us build the future of human performance :)

Really interesting idea and looks polished already. I hope the tests you will put would be scientifically/medically validated. Wish you best of success.
@youssef_abdelwahed Thank you so much! Scientific and clinical validation is at the core of what we’re building—our baseline tests are adapted from peer-reviewed, gold-standard cognitive assessments used in research and medicine. Grateful for your support, and would love to have you join our waitlist and give us feedback in the future :)

Thanks@bilalkhn07 for the clarification. Done, joined the waitlist. Would gladly provide my feedback in the future once needed. I think you are delivering value here to the people :)
Great, just what I needed, another score to obsess over daily 😅
But seriously, this is insanely cool. Finally, brain gains are trackable!
@shantanusewu Yes!! That's our goal - to build a future where brain health is as trackable as anything.

The early detection focus is crucial! How sensitive are the passive behavioral signals to temporary factors like stress or lack of sleep versus actual cognitive changes? @bilalkhn07
@rachitmagon Great question — we’re currently developing our ML pipeline to precisely model this. While temporary factors like stress and sleep deprivation do affect passive signals, we’re engineering our system to learn the difference between transient fluctuations and long-term cognitive trends by combining multimodal input (keystroke dynamics, mouse paths, voice features, webcam cues) with contextual metadata and time-series embeddings. The goal: personalize the baseline and adapt dynamically, so we flag meaningful deviation, not just a bad night’s sleep.
