Bajetier - Effortless budgeting. Powerful financial control

Hi everyone, I'm O'Dell Obrien Gapitar, the solo founder and developer behind Bajetier. To be honest, I never intended for this to be a big public launch. Bajetier started as a small side project during my college time in University of Malaya, which is a simple tool I built for myself because I couldn't find a budgeting app that worked for my brain. I just wanted a clean, straightforward way to track my own finances without all the clutter. Things got pretty quiet with Bajetier once I started working full-time. Honestly, development almost stopped completely. Work took over, and Bajetier just wasn't getting the attention it needed. It got pushed to the side, which was a shame. But, I still had all the ideas for it in my head, just waiting for the right time to pick it back up. But last year, my journey took an unexpected turn. I lost my job, and then, after finding a new one, I was laid off a second time. It was a really tough period, and it forced me to rely on my own skills to build a new path forward. That's when I decided to pour everything I have into Bajetier and turn it from a personal tool into a product that I hope can genuinely help others. My goal now is to build Bajetier into a sustainable business that can support me financially. It's the reason I'm so committed to making it the best it can be. As part of this launch, I’ve made a big decision: I've moved some of the best features that were previously in the paid plans, like increasing the limit of certain features by 4 times, and QuickSnaps receipt scanning feature (up to 15 snaps/month), into the Free plan, forever. I want the core of Bajetier to be incredibly generous and useful, whether you pay for it or not. I'm nervous and excited to be sharing this with you all today.
