Hi Product Hunt - We’re Hoshang & Vishal from Airbook - An AI native workspace to do all your analytics work in one place. Airbook automatically syncs, cleans and centralizes all your data scattered across HubSpot, Amplitude, GA4, Zendesk, Stripe, Postgres, Snowflake and more - You can then use Airbook AI to build powerful interactive reports and unified dashboards. Our AI is schema-aware -It understands your fields, relationships, and can auto-build queries across sources with context. You can join sources like HubSpot + Salesforce + Snowflake for example. Every query it generates is editable, so you always stay in control. From there, you can prompt it build a dashboard for you or trigger workflows to push data into Customer IO, Clay, and more. We built Airbook after years of leading data and ops at high-growth startups, where every question → insight → action flow involved bouncing between ETL scrips, CSV exports, warehouse queries, SQL Notebooks, BI tools, docs, decks and more. GTM, Ops, and Data teams were chasing the same answers, but each lived in totally different tools. We’ve now seen dev workflows evolve fast - Cursor, Claude, Copilot - but analytics still feels like it’s stuck. Airbook is the common meeting point: one place to explore, present, and activate data, using interfaces you already know how to use - SQL, point‑and‑click, and now AI. Three ways to work: 1. SQL IDE for technical folks 2. No-code builder for business users 3. AI assistant for both Analytics and Ops teams use Airbook for deep dives, data exploration, quick answers, and cross-functional reporting. And because it’s collaborative, business teams can self-serve insights using the no-code builder too. Teams also use Airbook to build segments by joining data from tools like Postgres, Amplitude, HubSpot and then trigger a workflow to push these segments to growth tools (Customer IO, Clay etc.) and launch campaigns instantly. Here are some examples of what you can ask our AI: 🔺 Help me build a full funnel report from Traffic (GA4) → Leads (HubSpot) → Opportunities (SFDC) → Revenue (Stripe) with monthly conversion rates | *Funnel Reporting* 🔺 Traffic spiked in December, help me identify which sources caused this and whether it led to increased leads and opportunities | *Exploration* 🔺 Build a segment of enterprise trial signups who created at least 1 project, requested pricing info, and remain in the 'Qualification' stage in HubSpot | *Segmentation* 🔺 Create customer health scores by combining revenue, support interactions and product usage to identify potential churn risks | *Scoring Models* We just launched a freemium plan - connect to a database and start using Air AI. You also get a 14-day free trial with full access. And with our MCP, you can build on Airbook or fetch insights straight from your favorite AI tool. Your feedback shapes our roadmap so over to you now - what’s the first report or workflow you’d build with Air AI, how smooth (or bumpy) was the setup, and what could we do better? Share your honest thoughts - friction points, dream features, must‑have integrations - in the comments. We're super excited to hear from you! Happy Building! Team Airbook

@hoshang_m Congrats on the launch, wishing you much success. Data was important before 2022 (pre-chatgpt), and it is still relevant and needed now more than ever as companies and leaders try to determine if their tools are needed. Great work!

Hoshang Mehta

@mogabr Thanks for supporting, Gabe! Appreciate it.

Paul Sobiecki

So much work must have went into this :) Congratulations, guys! Do you integrate with DataFa.st? Also, can I visualise funnels? It's something that would be neat - I have a hard time doing that well with Google Analytics. And I don't really mean a very deep analysis, but rather well shown (i.e. clarity at a glance)

Hoshang Mehta

@heypaus Thanks for the kind words, Paul! 🙌 You can definitely plug in your GA4 data and just ask our AI to ‘build a funnel diagram’ - it’ll do it on command. We’re not limited to a fixed set of charts, so you can ask for anything from quick, clean visuals to more complex analyses. I will check with my team on the integration you requested.. shouldn't be too difficult to build :)

Danish Dsouza

@heypaus Hi Paul, thanks for your appreciation 😄. As far as DataFa.st goes, you can recreate much of the same dashboard on Airbook provided you connect the relevant data sources (event tracking + your payments provider).

Paul Sobiecki

@daanish_dsouza Ok! I love it :) Good luck with the launch :)

Hoshang Mehta
@heypaus Thanks Paul!
Cruise Chen

Auto-writing SQL and joining across all my sources in one place? That’s crazy smart, fr. Data headaches just disappeared lol. Makers are onto something big here!

Hoshang Mehta

@cruise_chen Thanks, Cruise! 🙌 Exactly! The goal is to help teams get to insights fast, no matter where the data lives. And since you can always tweak what AI builds, you stay in control and can trust the results..

Niladri Hazra

Huge congrats on the launch, team! Love how Airbook AI makes schema-aware querying and cross-source joins feel seamless...exactly what GTM and ops teams need to move from insight to action fast. The SQL editability + dashboard prompts are clutch.

Excited to share that we’re launching on the same day! 🚀

Hoshang Mehta

@niladri_hazra Thank you for your support and best of luck for your launch :)

Lina Huchok

Congrats on the launch, @hoshang_m @vishalbajaj I’ve felt that pain of bouncing between 6 different tools just to answer one simple data question, so the idea of Airbook as a single place is super appealing. Love the fact it’s can actually join sources without me doing the CSV shuffle.

Quick question: When the AI pulls data from different sources, how does it deal with mismatched fields or different levels of detail? Does it give you a heads-up that something might not line up, or do you usually have to spot that yourself?

Hoshang Mehta

@lina_huchok  Thanks Lina! Yes, the AI understands your schema so it has knowledge of your fields, relationships, and data types - it even knows what kind of data typically lives where. Most of the time, it can give you a solid head start. If it’s unsure, it’ll ask you for more context before running the analysis, so you’re not left guessing. All the queries it generates are fully editable, so if needed you can also manually edit and run those queries. Also, the more detailed your prompt is, the better it performs. What kind of analyses are you looking to build and across what kind of datasources? Happy to show you a demo.

Igor Sorokin

do you plan to integrate CRM besides Slaesforce, Hubspot?

Hoshang Mehta

@igorsorokinua We connect to all major CRMs - Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, and more. Full list here: https://www.airbook.io/integrations

Anything you’re using today that’s not on there? We’re always expanding connectors and can let you know if your CRM’s already on our roadmap.

Vishal Bajaj

@igorsorokinua yes we also integrate with databases and data warehouses like Postgres and BigQuery, and over 150 business applications like Zendesk, Google Analytics, Zoho and so on. You can find the list of integrations here - https://www.airbook.io/integrations

André J

Would be really cool if it had a slackbot. GA4 -> AirBook -> AI Filter -> Slack (team can query analytic nuances thats relevant RN)

Hoshang Mehta

@sentry_co  Coming very soon 🙂 We’re adding a Slack assistant powered by our AI - it’ll connect to your sources, build reports on command, and share them right in Slack.

Would this be helpful to you?

André J

@hoshang_m Thats what I need. Dashboards are great but they need to live where the team is! And thats slack. We have like 2-3 GA4 slack bots but they are 😅 and never give us relevant analytics 😂

Hoshang Mehta

@sentry_co Agree! We want the Slackbot to not just share clear insights, but also explain the logic behind the numbers so you can always trust what you’re seeing. Happy to connect and show how we're thinking about this!

André J

@hoshang_m I think also a 2 way slackbot would be ideal. Like. You could talk to it. "Hey show me numbers for the last 3 days versus the same period 7 days ago."

Hoshang Mehta
@sentry_co Yes! That’s exactly how it will work. In addition to ad-hoc questions, it will also have the ability to build and keep a dashboard ready for you via Slack.
Nikita Savchenko

So many integrations at launch! Huge work, good luck!

Hoshang Mehta

@nikitaeverywhere Thanks so much! Curious to know which datasources you'd likely be connecting to?

Nikita Savchenko

@hoshang_m mainly GTM, GA, Meta.

Hoshang Mehta
@nikitaeverywhere got it. We have those ready and live :) Looking forward to having you try it out on your workspace! Please feel free to let me know if I can help anywhere..

💎 Pixel perfection

Airbook stands out from the many AI analysis tools I've encountered. The key insight is that to truly support complex analytical work, the platform itself must be built as a professional analysis platform first. Airbook nails this - it's not just another AI tool with a fancy interface, but a genuinely robust analytical foundation enhanced by AI capabilities.

Hoshang Mehta

@bieber_chen Thank you! You nailed it - we built Airbook first as a professional-grade analytics platform for deep, cross-functional insights, then layered AI on top to make building them 10x faster and easier. Speed matters, but we’ve always believed trust in the insights, visibility around how the numbers are calculated and have evolved over time matters even more.

We're built to make data and business teams at the forefront of the analytics chain. The AI layer removes the manual grind of writing SQL from scratch in five different tools, then building dashboards somewhere else, and finally making that data available in yet another place. With Airbook, it all happens in one workspace - collaboratively.

Julien Rioux

Nice work, I'll definitely give it a try!

Hoshang Mehta

@julien_rioux Thanks! Looking forward to your thoughts and feedback!

Greg Mundy
Where has this product been all my life?????
Hoshang Mehta

@iamgregmundy  Haha it's here now! 😃 Thanks for checking us out, Greg!

Yuriy

ou probably know Cursor tends to hallucinate a bit. For example, if you ask it to just change a component’s color, it might rewrite unrelated parts entirely. How does Airbook handle those moments?

Hoshang Mehta

@ukraine Great question 🙌 Airbook's AI works within a defined set of analytical actions, so while it can very rarely hallucinate if the chats go longer, it’s not allowed to remove or redo your existing analysis. If you ask it to tweak something, it will only adjust that specific piece - everything else stays exactly as you built it.

Johanna
Launching soon!

Sounds really powerful! I like how it brings everything together in one place and makes it easy to act on. Curious to see how it handles more complex joins and big datasets in real use

Hoshang Mehta

@johannagoulart Absolutely! Looking forward to having you try it out!

Sahith

Good to see Airbook back with another launch! Congrats team!

Hoshang Mehta

@sahithkrishna_an Thanks for supporting, Sahith! Would love to hear your thoughts and feedback!

Shubham Pratap Singh

Congratulations on the launch🎉🎉

Hoshang Mehta

@shubham_pratap Thanks Shubham! Appreciate your support!

Joey Judd

No way—turning analytics into a cursor-style experience is genius! I waste so much time hunting for data; this could make my daily deep dives way smoother. How customizable is it?

Hoshang Mehta

@joey_zhu_seopage_ai Thanks 🙌🏻 Everything the AI builds is fully customizable so you can tweak queries, change visuals, or reshape the analysis however you like. It also has memory, so if it makes a wrong assumption and you correct it, it learns and adapts. Most of our customers use it to get a quick head start, then make small adjustments to build exactly the reports they need ,instantly. Does this help?

Hoshang Mehta

@kpyto Thanks for your support!

Debarghya Roy

Interesting coverage with scoping. Congratulations team for the launch

Hoshang Mehta

@debarghyaroy Thanks so much! Out of curiosity, what kind of use case would you be most excited to try it on?

Kate Ramakaieva

congrats team! love that it’s not just reports, but the ability to push segments straight into growth tools.

Hoshang Mehta

@kate_ramakaieva This is one of my personal favorites too! We use it in-house all the time - for this launch today, we’ve been tracking signups, analyzing ICP fit, product usage, and company demographics. From there, we create segments, run personalized outreach, and then measure results right in our dashboard.

Is there a use case you have in mind that I can help with? Also, we’re always adding downstream integrations - anything specific you use? I can check if it’s already supported or on our roadmap.

Sanskar Yadav

Congratulations @hoshang_m for the launch!
Airbook actually sounds interesting. Just curious- It's obvious that the performance or accuracy takes a hit at some level when the data quality isn't perfect, but how well does it handle really large, messy datasets with inconsistent tracking across tools?

Hoshang Mehta

@sanskarix You’re right - data quality can make or break any analysis. Airbook is built to handle large, messy datasets by mapping fields, relationships, and data types across sources. You can use AI to flag inconsistencies or gaps, and if it’s unsure, it’ll ask for more context before running the analysis. Plus, to some extent you can always SQL on Airbook to clean or tweak the logic so it’s analytics-ready.
