Habit trackers are boring. Let's fight habits as monsters?
... like a game? I'm currently building an iOS app based on this idea, tentatively called "HabitMon" Here's the core concept: - Each bad habit you want to quit (e.g., eating junk food, staying up late) becomes a cute, quirky monster in the app. Think of a "Procrastination Bug" or a "Gluttony Monster." - Every day you successfully resist the habit, you "attack" the monster , dealing damage and lowering its HP. - If you give in to the habit, the monster "fights ...

I almost skipped building desktop apps... until I realized this
... more open to native tools again. Performance, offline access, cleaner UX, better keyboard support stuff that's still hard to replicate in a browser. I ve been building one myself recently, and honestly, it s been refreshing. No browser quirks, no CSS gymnastics, no worrying about five different viewport breakpoints. Just focusing on the actual experience. Is it just me? Or are you seeing this shift too? Curious if anyone else here is building or using more desktop-native tools ... ... experience is like these days. I have no experience with desktop, but web-based frameworks like React always seemed to have a lower barrier to entry to me, especially since you don't have to worry about accommodating Mac vs

Hi Product Hunt!
... powered unified data platform designed to revolutionize asset management, predictive maintenance, and sustainability operations. And we're going live on Product Hunt this Thursday - https://www.producthunt.com/prod... So we pivoted to build a flexible CMMS that ...

Imagine turning your kid's drawing into a playable character, or quickly building a simple 2-player game ...
