Are founders too obsessed with branding before they have a product?
... seen founders spend weeks (sometimes months) polishing logos, color palettes, and taglines before they ve written a single line of code or spoken to a customer. On the other hand, I ve also seen startups whose brand presence got them credibility, early press, and investor meetings even before launch. Personally, I like good optics. The visual promise, even before interacting with the product, says a lot. You can tell in my case from our website . A well-chosen color scheme ... ... obsessing over branding early on just procrastination disguised as productivity? Or is it a strategic move to position yourself in a crowded market from day one? Do the US companies benefit from hiring people outside the US? Or is the international hiring fake?
... creation, or social media management stuff. BUT... For positions like sales or business development (especially where strong relationships with key partners are essential, e.g. Business development, Sales), it's much harder to outsource. So naturally, it depends on the role and industry. Among ... ... rani_zagita): Nice one @busmark_w_nika ! As someone in Asia, I see the appeal (strong USD + lower costs), but wonder about tax complexities. How do startups navigate international payroll? And like you said - some roles just need local presence

The questions I get most often about Product Hunt and answers
... sources can answer the question better: Gabe's Thread & Featuring Guidelines . How can I get many, many, many upvotes? Have a "strong product", so it will "earn" sympathy through its usefulness. Does AI help your product or brand grow? Me not that much.
